Performance and Diligence Indicators 
This section identifies key dates for the Performance & Diligence Indicators Program, as well as opportunities (i.e. meetings, conferences, other speaking engagements) for physicians to learn more about the program. 

September 10-11, 2009   Phase I of the Performance & Diligence Indicators Program launched
October 14, 2009  Deadline for submitting Patient List Request Forms indicating interest to participate in the program
October 20-21, 2009

Only Level 1 Validation must be completed by this date.  Any Level 2 Validation which has been completed may be submitted, but is not required at this time. 
Summer  2010  Payments will be issued to family physicians who submitted Validated Patient Lists that meet program requirements
Summer 2010  Phase II of Performance & Diligence Indicators Program launched with implementation of clinical indicators
