In the past, funding for developing PCNs was calculated according to a chart considering project phase and PCN size, with monthly status reporting. This process has been streamlined and more tightly linked to individualized project plans. The result is a shorter simplified template (in Excel format with some integrated instructions embedded as comments) and this following sections.
