Prior to the targeted start date, Primary Care Networks can order business cards, stationery and other materials online. Each network has an assigned User ID and Password to access the site. To request your login information for your network, use our Contact Form and indicate "stationery and materials order" in the subject line.
Information on quantities, pricing, shipping and billing will be detailed on the ordering website. Please note that networks will only see a final proof of items ordered in a viewable pdf format during the ordering process and before final confirmation of the order.
