PCN Reporting to PCIC 

 

Using the Annual Report and Annual Budget Templates

PCNs are responsible for ensuring that they are using the most current template.

Before opening the template, check the macro security settings on your computer. The macro security on the receiving computer must be set to “medium” for the macros to work. To view or change the macro security setting, go Tools>Macro>Security and select “medium,” then close and reopen Word for the setting to take effect. When prompted, “enable” macros.

Instructions for completing the template are located within the template document. Instructions should be deleted before documents are submitted.

Reporting Schedule by PCN Initiation Date

Submitting the Annual Report and Annual Budget

Submit according to the Reporting Schedule by Initiation Date. Refer to the template for submission instructions.

The 2009/10 Annual Report Template is used to report a PCN's : period overview, progress in achieving the 5 provincial objectives, financial status for the period and FTEs. The reporting period for the Annual Report is April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010.

The 2009/10 Annual Report Guideline provides some guidance and explanations for the Annual Report Template.

The 2010/11 Annual Budget Template is used to report a PCN's expected financial position for the current fiscal year. The fiscal period the Annual Budget covers is April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011. Usually the template will be used to report a PCN's expected financial position for the next fiscal year.

Mid-year Reports
The 2009/10 Mid-Year Report Template is used to report a PCN's: period overview, progress in achieving the 5 provincial objectives, financial status for the period and FTEs. The reporting period for the Mid-Year Report is April 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010.

The 2009/10 Mid-Year Report Guidelines provides some guidance and explanations for the Mid-Year Report Template.
